Help! I can’t stop making this veggie dish it’s so good and everyone that comes over dies for it. I love using goat cheese because I LOVE goat cheese on everything but if you don’t like that I’m sure feta would be delish! I thought I didn’t like the spice cumin but it really makes the dish. Also, you can sauté if it’s not grilling season. That’s what I did and let it get brown in my pan before flipping it over. I even loved it cold the next day and had it for lunch as a salad soooo good! I served it with a piece of salmon and it was perfect!
